An Unforgettable 100th Birthday Celebration – Thank You, Paula!
From the moment I first spoke with Paula, I knew The James Homestead was going to be the perfect venue to celebrate my Granny’s 100th birthday.
Paula, your warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire day seamless and truly special. The Homestead itself is an absolute gem. It is serene, welcoming, and beautifully set up to allow guests to either come together or enjoy quiet moments apart. The relaxed atmosphere made everyone feel at ease from the moment we arrived.
We were welcomed with a delicious morning tea. Freshly baked shortbread and scones served with jam and cream. Lunch was a generous and beautiful spread of vibrant salads, flavourful vegetable dishes, and perfectly cooked meats, each elevated with special ingredients and dressings. Those with food allergies and being vegetarian were individually catered for and delighted in their options.
Thank you, Paula, for helping create a day our family will never forget. Granny felt celebrated, cherished, and loved, and that’s exactly what we’d hoped for. The James Homestead is a truly special place.
